Price questions
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
Our work and the parts we fit, on every repair, upgrade and custom build. If the same fault comes back within 30 days, or a part we fitted fails, we put it right free. It doesn’t cover new damage such as drops or spills. It’s on top of your legal rights.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or card. Repairs and upgrades are paid when you collect your device. Web and app projects start with a 20% deposit, and the rest is invoiced after each stage. Monthly plans are invoiced monthly.
What does the charity discount cover?
Registered charities and not-for-profits get 15% off all web and app projects. It doesn’t apply to repairs, upgrades or monthly plans.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You get a fixed price in writing before we start. If we find something that changes the price, we ask you before doing any extra work.
Do prices include VAT?
We’re not VAT registered, so there’s no VAT to add. The price we quote is the price you pay.
