Common questions
How much does a website cost?
A five-page business website starts at £650. Booking and e-commerce sites are £1,200 to £1,800. We send a fixed price once we know what you need, and charities get 15% off. See all our prices.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done in 1–3 working days once the parts are in. We’ll give you a time with the quote.
Can you collect my computer?
Yes. We collect anywhere in the West Midlands. Collection is free in Sandwell, usually the same day. Elsewhere in the West Midlands there’s a small collection fee, which we quote when you book. You can also drop it off at our West Bromwich office by appointment.
Do you work outside the West Midlands?
Repairs and on-site work cover the West Midlands. Websites, apps, AI and remote IT support are done remotely for clients anywhere in the UK.
Is there a charity discount?
Yes. Registered charities and not-for-profits get 15% off all web and app projects.
