When the email stops working or a laptop won’t connect, a small office loses hours. Our monthly IT support plans give you someone to call, plus monitoring that spots problems before they stop you working. Plans start at £65 a month, and you can start with a free remote IT health check.
What a support plan covers
- Remote help when you need it. Call or message and we connect to the computer remotely to fix it.
- Monitoring. We watch for failing drives, missed updates and security warnings, and deal with them early.
- Updates and security. Windows and software updates applied and checked.
- Advice. A second opinion before you buy hardware, change software or move office.
- On-site visits in the West Midlands when something can’t be fixed remotely. Visits are charged separately, and we tell you the price before we come out.

24/7 support is included in the Premium plan. Basic covers Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We don’t offer 24/7 help outside the Premium plan.
The 15% charity discount applies to web and app projects, not to support plans.

Questions about IT support
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run month to month with no minimum term. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What if the problem needs someone on site?
We cover the West Midlands for on-site visits. They aren’t included in the monthly price, so we quote each visit before we book it.
Is the health check really free?
Yes. It’s a genuine, no-obligation check with no expiry date on the offer.
