Hannah AI: an AI receptionist that answers every call
Our own product · AI and automation · yourhannah.com
Hannah is a voice AI receptionist we built and run. FCOMS UK CIC trades as Hannah AI. She answers a business’s calls day and night, books the job into the calendar and sends the owner the details. She’s made for plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, cleaners, clinics, salons and any business that lives on its phone.

The problem: missed calls are missed jobs
When a plumber is under a sink or a stylist is halfway through a cut, the phone goes unanswered. Most callers don’t leave a voicemail. They ring the next business on the list, and the job goes with them.
Paying a receptionist to cover every hour, evenings and weekends included, is out of reach for most small firms. So owners answer calls between jobs, ring back hours later, or let it ring and hope. Each of those loses bookings, and stopping work to take a call pulls people away from the job that pays.
What we built
- 24/7 call answering. Hannah picks up in seconds, understands what the caller needs and answers common questions in a natural voice.
- Booking straight into your calendar. Two-way sync with Google and Outlook calendars, with time zones handled.
- Instant alerts. A text or email after every call, or a daily summary, plus an SMS confirmation for the caller.
- Urgent call routing. Urgent calls can go straight to the right member of staff.
- Your script, your rules. Each business sets its own conversation flow and rules.
- Searchable transcripts. Every call is written up, so you can find it later.
- Other languages. Spanish, French and German, and a range of English accents.
Setup is short. Hannah gets her own phone number, you forward your calls to it and connect your calendar. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
How it helps small businesses
Every caller gets an answer, even at 9pm on a Sunday, and the owner gets a text with the details instead of a missed-call notification. Jobs land in the calendar without anyone downing tools to write them down.
Hannah handles the routine part of a call: taking details, answering common questions and booking a slot. Urgent calls go to a person. We’ve written about what an AI receptionist can and can’t do, so you can judge whether it suits your business.
